The Legacy of Life Society honors individuals who have made a lasting commitment to defend life by including the Charlotte Lozier Institute (a program of SBA Pro-Life America Education Fund) in their estate plans. By joining, you are helping ensure that the pro-life movement is equipped with unassailable data, ethical clarity, and the vital research needed to transform the national conversation and advance the cause of life. As a valued member of this community, you stand united with others who believe that the right to life is the most fundamental human right, and that our work must endure far beyond today.

A Gift in Your Will or Living Trust

You can use your will or living trust to support Charlotte Lozier Institute and a pro-life future by bequest in the following ways:

  • You may leave a specific amount of money or designated property to SBA Pro-Life America Education Fund (dba Charlotte Lozier Institute).
  • You may leave a specified percentage of your estate to SBA Pro-Life America Education Fund.
  • You may designate that the remainder (residuary) of your estate go to SBA Pro-Life America Education Fund after all of your specific bequests are fulfilled to family and loved ones.

Sample Bequest Language for Your Will:

I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $_______ (or _____% of my estate; or ______% of my residuary estate) to Susan B. Anthony List Education Fund (dba Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund), EIN: 26-4788700), 2776 S. Arlington Mill Dr. # 803, Arlington, VA 22206.
