Supreme Court to Hear Challenge to California’s Reproductive FACT Act

(CNSNews.com) – The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a challenge to California’s Reproductive FACT Act, which requires pro-life pregnancy centers to give information on and refer pregnant women for abortions.

 

The National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA), which represents more than 1,400 pregnancy help centers across the country, including more than 100 in California, is challenging the law in NIFLA v. Becerra.

 

The Charlotte Lozier Institute,  the 501(c)(3) research and education institute of the pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List, has filed an amicus curiae brief in the case.
