Abortion Reporting: Mississippi (2017)

Mississippi’s 2017 abortion report reveals that chemical abortions are on the rise. Abortion statistics have been published online only through 2012, but the Mississippi State Department of Health made reports for 2013 through 2017 available to the Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI) upon request.

Abortion Reporting: Florida (2018)

Florida is one of the first states to publish its abortion statistics each year. Some tables are available on the website of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, while others were provided to the Charlotte Lozier Institute upon request.

Abortion Reporting: New Mexico (2017)

New Mexico’s abortion statistics for 2017 were published as part of the annual selected health statistics report in January 2019. The report shows that abortions in the Land of Enchantment have continued to decline.

Abortion Reporting: Missouri (2017)

Missouri’s 2017 abortion report reveals that abortions in the state have fallen every year over the past decade. Since 2008, abortions performed in Missouri have dropped by 47 percent.

Abortion Reporting: Alaska (2018)

Alaska’s 2018 abortion report, published online in February of 2019, shows that abortions increased in the state for the first time in six years. Alaska is one of the first states to publish its annual abortion report every year.

Abortion Reporting: Utah (2017)

Utah’s 2017 abortion report, published by the Utah Department of Health in January 2019, reveals that reported abortions in the Beehive State reached their lowest level in over 40 years. Utah has been reporting abortion data since 1974.

Abortion Reporting: Pennsylvania (2017)

Pennsylvania’s abortion report for 2017 shows that total abortions are continuing to trend downward, while chemical abortions are rising.

Abortion Reporting: Connecticut (2017)

Connecticut’s annual abortion report for 2017 shows that abortions in the state have continued their downward trend. The report was provided to the Charlotte Lozier Institute by the Connecticut Department of Public Health upon request.
