Missouri AG Sues Planned Parenthood For Falsely Advertising Dangerous Abortion Drug As ‘Safe’

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is on the hook for “endangering the lives of women and girls across the country” by claiming the dangerous and deadly abortion drug regimen used to execute a majority of U.S. abortions is “safer” than over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, according to a new lawsuit.

According to Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, who is suing the abortion giant on behalf of Missourians who obtained abortion pills from the organization in the last five years, Planned Parenthood’s deceptive promotion of the dangerous abortion drug regimen is a “blatant violation of Missouri law.” The group’s false advertising occurs through website pages, “direct mailings, emails, press releases, public statements, testimony to the legislature, and court documents,” according to the suit.
