CLI President Chuck Donovan Interviewed on EWTN Radio

Charlotte Lozier Institute President Chuck Donovan was a recent guest on the Teresa Tomeo show on Ave Maria/EWTN Radio to discuss the Lozier Institute’s newest paper “Improving Joyful Lives: Society’s Response to Difference and Disability.”

The paper, written by Mark Bradford, President of the Lejeune Foundation USA, discusses the highly complex genetic condition known as Down syndrome and society’s response to individuals with this condition.  This important paper points out that while strides have been made to improve the lives of those living with Down syndrome, federal funding for Down syndrome research lags considerably behind that for other genetic disorders.  The paper offers key recommendations to accelerate medical and social progress for these individuals and their families.
